Turner's Transmission Service is a family owned and operated transmission repair shop, serving transmission repair needs of drivers in Ocala, Florida since 1954. Our owners have a lifetime of experience in transmission repairs, transmission service, 4 X 4 T-cases, axels, in-house torque converter rebuilds, transmission maintenance service, transmission diagnostics, automatic transmission service, standard transmission service and classic auto transmissions.

Ray “Skip” Kinsey began working under the founder, Henry Turner Sr., his grandfather, since the age of 15. He now runs the company alongside his mother, Louise Lusher.

Although transmissions have changed over the last few decades, at Turner's Transmission Service, Inc, our technicians are ASE trained and ATRA certified to be up-to-date with the latest technologies. Turner's Transmission Service specializes in scanning, diagnosing, rebuilding and replacing transmissions on foreign and domestic vehicles. We are the only torque converter rebuilding facility in the greater Ocala area.

We rebuild T-Cases, axles, as well as regular and heavy duty torque converters, all rebuilt in house. We can accommodate large RV’s and trucks.

We sell parts and torque converters (and heavy-duty torque converters) from our extensive parts department.
